• Manage and maintain enterprise-grade IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Implement and manage security protocols to protect our IT systems from threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT systems align with business objectives.
• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Proficiency in using enterprise-grade tools and software, such as VMware, Microsoft Azure, and SQL Server.
• Certifications in IT infrastructure management, such as MCSE, CCNA, or CISSP, are a plus.
