📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on office and warehouse equipment, including computers, printers, and air conditioning systems.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office and warehouse spaces, including restocking supplies and disposing of waste.
• Monitor and maintain security systems, including access control and surveillance cameras.
• Coordinate with vendors for the timely delivery and installation of new equipment and furniture.
• Assist in the implementation of energy-saving measures to reduce utility costs.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential safety hazards.
• Maintain accurate records of facility usage, maintenance activities, and inventory levels.
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with basic electrical and mechanical systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
