As a Junior ESG and Sustainability Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainability strategies that align with international standards such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into business operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and driving measurable environmental, social, and governance (ESG) improvements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sustainability strategies aligned with GRI and TCFD standards.
• Conduct ESG assessments and audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into business operations.
• Monitor and report on ESG performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest regulatory requirements and industry best practices in sustainability.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of sustainability reports and disclosures.
• Participate in sustainability training and professional development programs.
• Support the development of ESG policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or related fields.
• Knowledge of GRI and TCFD standards and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with sustainability software and tools such as SAP Sustainability, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
