📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations of the resort's restaurants and bars.
• Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize costs and ensure availability of ingredients.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain high-quality food and beverage offerings.
• Train and develop front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and other financial transactions.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a clean and well-maintained dining environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in managing staff and ensuring high standards of service.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros, and property management systems like Opera.
• Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP) is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and staff.
