📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries and bread products.,Maintain and clean bakery equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene standards.,Prepare and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Assist in creating new recipes and improving existing ones.,Ensure food safety and quality control standards are met.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the bakery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Familiarity with various baking techniques and equipment.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Basic understanding of Indonesian cuisine and baking preferences.
