PT Raya Nusa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy F&B Service to join our team in Purworejo, Jawa Tengah. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B service management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the F&B service, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure that all staff are trained and motivated to deliver high-quality service.,Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Monitor and report on KPIs related to F&B service performance.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B service management.,Proven track record of successfully managing F&B operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Familiarity with relevant F&B software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
