📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles are in optimal working condition.,Track and analyze fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Handle and resolve any issues or concerns related to the fleet and drivers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.,Provide regular reports and updates to the Fleet Manager on fleet performance and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
