📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the main instructor in planning and delivering training sessions.,Prepare training materials and resources.,Conduct assessments and provide feedback to participants.,Monitor participant progress and provide support as needed.,Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth training operations.,Maintain records of training activities and participant performance.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training programs.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as an instructor or similar role.,Strong knowledge of the subject matter.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with training and development methodologies.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to travel as required by the job.
