📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Lead and mentor production team members, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.,Monitor and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Manage and optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials.,Implement and maintain health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on production performance and key metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in healthcare administration, business, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or supervisory role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.,Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Experience in quality management and continuous improvement initiatives.,Familiarity with production planning, scheduling, and resource management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Valid certification in healthcare safety and infection control is a plus.
