As a Deputy Talent Acquisition, you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager to source, screen, and interview candidates. You will also be responsible for maintaining our applicant tracking system and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and first-round interviews.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian.
