📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the telemarketing team, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement telemarketing strategies to achieve sales targets.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Maintain a positive and professional image of the company to clients and customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing or sales roles.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles and practices.
