In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory.,Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate records and minimizing stockouts.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth inventory flow.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior staff on warehouse procedures and best practices.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing inventory and warehouse operations.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the coffee industry is a plus.
