📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise front desk operations, ensuring timely and efficient check-ins and check-outs.
• Oversee housekeeping services, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any operational issues promptly.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and amenities.
• Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns, ensuring they are resolved to the guest's satisfaction.
• Assist in the planning and execution of special events and promotions.
• Provide excellent customer service to both guests and team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in managing front desk and housekeeping operations.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management software, such as Opera or PMS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid certification in hotel management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed.
