📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial forecasts.,Manage the accounting and tax functions, including preparation of financial statements and tax filings.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and maintenance of financial records.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management and investors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and tax regulations.,Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
