📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation packages.,Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with employee benefits and compensation packages.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
