Shop Hub Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Cashier Accounting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cash flow and financial transactions of our retail stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for customer service. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cash transactions and ensure accurate financial records.,Process sales, returns, and exchanges with precision and efficiency.,Maintain and update financial records, including invoices and receipts.,Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Provide excellent customer service to both employees and customers.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in inventory management and stock control.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
