In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various engineering projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee engineering projects from initiation to completion,Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery,Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets,Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards,Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project compliance,Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders,Collaborate with other departments to ensure project success,Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering,Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work effectively in a team environment,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Familiarity with relevant engineering software and tools,Valid driver's license and ability to travel
