📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support to the sales team by answering customer queries and resolving technical issues.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, including cost estimates, project plans, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to develop and refine technical solutions for our clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Support marketing efforts by contributing to the development of technical content for our website, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Assist in the organization and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a technical sales or engineering role.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation, control systems, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in technical software and tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
