📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
