📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including staff management and food preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Maintain inventory and ordering systems to ensure efficient kitchen operations.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Collaborate with management to ensure smooth restaurant operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage kitchen budgets and cost controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting.,Ability to work well in a team and with management.
