We are a vibrant and growing coffee shop chain, and we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services within our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the logistics operations of the company, including inventory management, procurement, and distribution.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to logistics and supply chain management.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, suppliers, and customers.,Implement and enforce logistics policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the company.,Conduct regular audits of logistics operations to identify and address any issues or concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with the coffee and food industry is a plus.
