🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles.
• Proven experience in driving operational efficiency and quality improvement.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
