🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong background in operations management and process improvement,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational software,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively
