📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company
  • Coordinating tasks between different departments
  • Ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently
  • Resolving any issues or problems that may arise
  • Monitoring performance metrics and reporting to management
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of new operational procedures
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all operations
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
  • Fluency in Indonesian is required
