📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing store operations, including stock control, sales, and customer service.,Ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries and complaints.,Promoting products and services to increase sales and customer engagement.,Assisting in the preparation and presentation of the store for promotions and events.,Maintaining a clean and attractive store environment.,Collaborating with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Assisting in the preparation of sales reports and other administrative tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and software.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work in a team and follow company policies and procedures.
