PT Optima Rahayu is looking for a talented and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, designing, and construction of various civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering principles and a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and plan civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and buildings.,Oversee the construction process, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project timelines.,Prepare detailed project estimates and cost analyses.,Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.,Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.,Prepare and submit project reports and documentation.,Manage and mentor junior engineers and technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering.,Professional engineering license (PE) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
