📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and documents.,Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Coordinate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian HR practices and culture.
