📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Monitor and evaluate employee attendance, productivity, and behavior.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the workplace is a safe and comfortable environment for all employees.,Maintain accurate records of all operations and employee performance.,Communicate with management and other departments to ensure that all goals and objectives are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to travel occasionally as needed.,Must be fluent in both English and Indonesian.
