📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering to optimize costs.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and management practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
