📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, and social media.
  • Present properties to potential buyers and explain the features and benefits of each property.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales with clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Track and report on sales performance and market trends.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the real estate market.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
