Salon Anggi Coffee is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Banquet Staff to join our team. As a Senior Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for organizing and executing various events and functions at our coffee shop. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that all events are well-planned, executed, and delivered to the satisfaction of our clients. This is a full-time position based in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta, with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Organize and plan various events and functions at Salon Anggi Coffee.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the smooth execution of events.,Manage event budgets and ensure they are adhered to.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of event venues.,Ensure the safety and security of all guests and staff at events.,Provide excellent customer service to event clients and guests.,Assist in the marketing and promotion of events at Salon Anggi Coffee.,Maintain a clean and organized event space.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and management.,Proven track record of successfully organizing and executing events.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event management software and tools.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations for event venues.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
