Camp Royal Nusantara is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Commis Chef to join our team. As a Senior Commis Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes. You will work closely with our Head Chef to prepare and cook a variety of dishes that cater to our guests' diverse tastes and preferences. This is a full-time position located in Yogyakarta, DI Yogyakarta.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipes provided by the Head Chef.,Ensure the quality and consistency of the dishes by following standard operating procedures and food safety guidelines.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Assist the Head Chef in training and mentoring junior chefs.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and constructively.,Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in the culinary industry.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and international dishes.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
