📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Analyze and interpret cost data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for improvement.,Prepare and present cost reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for cost optimization.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely cost allocation and absorption.,Monitor and control budget variances, and take corrective actions as necessary.,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in cost accounting.,Provide guidance and support to junior cost accountants and other team members.,Participate in cost improvement initiatives and projects.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, standards, and regulations.,Proficiency in cost accounting software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Experience working in a global or multinational company is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
