📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve warehouse performance.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control systems.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software and tools.,Knowledge of inventory control and supply chain best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
