📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of day-to-day operations.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals.,Identify and mitigate risks to ensure operational continuity.,Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a complex environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Understanding of lean and six sigma principles.,Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
