📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's needs and objectives.,Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.,Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and value enhancement.,Oversee the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient execution.,Conduct vendor evaluations and selections based on predefined criteria.,Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and prepare reports for management.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure procurement activities support overall business objectives.,Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on strategic procurement.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and vendor management.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
