📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Conduct accurate measurements and cost estimations for steel and structural works.,Prepare and submit progress reports and invoices to clients.,Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.,Review and approve bills of quantities and cost plans.,Provide cost advice and recommendations to project teams.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and supervise junior quantity surveyors and support staff.,Attend site meetings and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in steel and structural works.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and English languages.,Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools.,Understanding of Indonesian construction standards and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.🛠️ Keahlian
