📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.,Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of CRM software and sales tools.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
