Depot Hendra Fruit is looking for a dedicated Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes. You will work closely with the Head Chef to prepare and cook a variety of dishes, maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, and ensure that our kitchen operations run smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Ensure that kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.,Prepare and maintain food inventories.,Train and supervise kitchen staff.,Ensure that dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-organized.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and take direction from the Head Chef.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Good knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.
