📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Manage and mentor a team of sales associates, ensuring they are trained and motivated to achieve sales targets.,Implement and maintain effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor store performance metrics and develop strategies to improve sales and profitability.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior is a plus.
