• Provide excellent customer service to banking clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve banking issues using PERSOL Banking System.
• Assist in cross-selling banking products and services to drive revenue growth for the branch.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Stay informed about banking regulations and industry trends to provide accurate advice to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, banking, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with banking software and systems, such as PERSOL Banking System.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
