📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to manage project activities and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets, including cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Collaborate with other team leads to ensure seamless integration of engineering, design, and construction activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering project management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop engineering teams.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
