HR Head / Junior Manager

As the HR Head / Junior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will work closely with the management team to align HR strategies with the company's overall goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Represent the company at industry events and professional organizations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
