📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to identify trends and insights.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Conduct regular data reviews and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence.
- Mentor and support junior team members in data analysis and interpretation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Certification in data analytics or business intelligence is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is highly desirable.
