📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Conduct regular data reviews and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence.
• Mentor and support junior team members in data analysis and interpretation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
