Commercial Executive - Maritime & Fleet Operations

As a Commercial Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. You'll work closely with our operations, sales, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of our business objectives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic tender management plans to secure new business opportunities
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the maritime industry
• Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote our fleet and services
• Provide commercial support to our fleet and cross-chartered vessels, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business growth and success
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and achieve targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial roles within the maritime industry
• Strong knowledge of tender management processes and commercial strategies
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Valid COPC (Certificate of Proficiency in English) or equivalent certification
